All producers and songwriters working with us agree that profits and royalties from music created under our label will be split according to MamaQua Records' official agreements. These splits will be outlined in individual contracts before project commencement, ensuring clarity for all parties. Royalties and revenue from streaming, sales, publishing, and licensing will be distributed fairly, following industry standards and mutual agreements. Any disputes will be resolved through internal review and fair negotiation. By working with MamaQua Records, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
