By signing with MamaQua Records, all members of a group/band agree that all profits, royalties, and earnings from music sales, performances, merchandise, and other revenue streams will be split in accordance with MamaQua Records’ official agreements. Each member’s share will be determined based on the contractual terms agreed upon at the time of signing. Any modifications to the revenue split must be discussed and approved by all members and MamaQua Records management. In case of disputes regarding profit distribution, MamaQua Records reserves the right to mediate and enforce the terms outlined in the signed agreement.
